COO of Lifehouse Piano Academy
Jacie Lee Glenn is a passionate pianist, dedicated educator, researcher, and performer with over 15 years of teaching experience. She creates innovative and supportive learning environments that inspire students of all ages to develop a lifelong love of music. In addition to maintaining her own piano studio, Jacie taught private and group piano lessons at Brigham Young University as a graduate assistant for three years and was a founding music teacher at Slope School. After earning her Master’s Degree in Piano Performance from BYU, she was hired as Adjunct Piano Faculty for BYU’s Music Summer Festival in 2026.
Recognized as an emerging authoritative voice in Persian piano repertoire, Jacie has presented her research and innovative teaching strategies at conferences including the Music Teachers National Association (MTNA) National Conference, Utah Music Teachers Association State Conference, and College Music Society Northwest Chapter. She was invited to perform a lecture-recital at the Royal Opera House in Muscat, Oman, and a concert in Qatar in April 2026; the engagements were cancelled due to regional conflicts. She continues to deepen her research and is preparing scholarly publications on Iranian piano music.
As a performer, Jacie has appeared on BYU TV, given the American premiere of Afshin Jaberi’s Piano Sonata No. 1 “The Seeker,” and participated in the world premiere of Sophia Serghi’s Situations. These experiences enrich her teaching as she brings unique and lesser-known repertoire to her students.
